Thanks for posting. I'm reminded of our 39-070. Look it over and let me know if this would work as a replacement for you.

Thank you for responding Tom. I was wondering if the 39-070 would work as a standard replacement or a universal one because I meseasure my piece and it has 22.5in while the measurements on yours says 23.

Well, there isn't really any "universal" replacement for any operator. Operators should be as exact as possible. That said, I haven't been able to find anything in this style that has a 22-1/2" elbow-to-elbow measurement. I can't imagine they'd make an identical operator that only has a 1/2" difference. Do you think that will adversely affect the operation of your window?
