We think these windows were made in 2006 and they are Pella windows and we need to replace eight channel balances. Can you help us out?

I'm afraid your balance is a little too damaged for us to identify. It appears to be missing the attachment at the end of the cord, which is necessary for us to ID. Would that be possible to see that? It should be a clip or shoe of some kind.
Can you also tell me what the stamp printed on the metal channel reads? Lastly, how many of these did you need?

Stamp reads 40352 we need replacements for 8 windows I have taken a picture of the clip. Let me know if there's anything else you need.

Unfortunately, Pella has exclusive rights to this type of balance. Even though ours are similar in design, we can not duplicate it. We suggest going to a Pella dealer for the replacement.
