need 4 sash balance wood anderson double hung 40 wide 55 hieght installed 1989 and the plastic striping to hold screen in place thank you joe

Thanks for posting. We can help replace your Andersen Balances, but the only sure way to do this is for you to share the stamped codes on the balance box itself. You will need to remove the balance box from the window to retrieve this. See the video below on how to do this.
