I would like to order 2 upper sash due to clouded appearance and broken seal.

Thanks for thinking to come to SWISCO, Carol. Unfortunately, window sashes are one of a small handful of things we cannot replace. Glass is tricky. You should contact the window manufacturer, or a window installer. Good luck!
