Looking for 6 old PELLA replacement latches ASAP.
> Part #OF24-0001 (noted on bag);
> may also be part # 45089 (on the mechanism itself) for Double-Hung windows.
>Prefer "copperite" color but will take any color.
>Only need male piece (shown in photos) not female.
Putting house on the market in a couple weeks, & I need to get these latches (originally installed in 1989 home construction) replaced.

Take a look at our 90-213 Pella Lock & Keeper. Make sure to compare the hole spacing with your old part to confirm they match up to yours. Thanks for posting!
