I can't identify what you have based on this photo alone, unfortunately. I would need to see clear photos of the top and bottom fittings along with the stamp on the metal channel. The related video will go into more detail. 

Thanks for getting back to me! I'm confident we have something that can replace this balance but the bottom fitting appears to be damaged and I can't tell if it had wings originally or not. That's a very important detail.  Would it be possible to see photos of an undamaged balance's bottom fitting?
