Searching for 5502 silverline roller

I am afraid I can't cross-reference that Silverline data to a specific roller in our catalog--but also, if the door was sold to you by Andersen, that complicates things to begin with. In general with few exceptions, sliding glass door roller replacements are not predicated by brand or manufacturer. The only way to know what you need is to remove the old ones and show us good photos, and also provide the width and thickness of the assembly, as well as the wheel diameter. If you can do that, that would help a ton in narrowing down what you need. See the videos below which detail how to remove and replace sliding glass door rollers, as well as how to identify them. 

Thanks for posting. Start by looking at the 81-030 or 81-095. Depending on the dimensions, one of these might be what you need.
