Searching for 6 lb window balance spring plastic housi

My 6 lb window left side balance spring housing is broke so I need a replacement. It's a double spring housing I need the upper part. I am sending pictures.

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-087 which is compatible with the Series 180 coils. Please review the 15-086 tandem coil housing as a possible replacement. Let us know if you have any questions!
