european style drawer slide rear bracket stamped 60.2101
top and bottom inside measurement is 5/16".
The x shaped piece in the track area is removable and is acting as spacer as the drawer track stops at it.

Take a look at our 32-018. I believe you could use this as a replacement. Just keep in mind these are meant to screw directly to the back of the cabinet, while it seems your old sockets might have wrapped around a bar of some sort. Some adaptation of the back of your cabinet may be necessary for the 32-018 to fit.
