Searching for 6603-002

Question

This is the front mount for a drawer guide.  It has 6603-002 on the inside.  The drawer is in a kitchen storage cabinet, pantry cabinet.  The last picture shows the slide mounted to this.

Looks like a drawer spacer, but I'm not sure what size you need. The measurements you gave aren't really all that important, but the distance it actually spaces the track from the cabinet wall is. Start by looking at our 32-334 and 32-339
