Looking for replacement latch these were replacement windows installed in 2003. I went to Home Depot and there's didn't fit.

Before I recommend anything, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes measured from center to center? That will help me narrow down your options.

2 1/8 on lock 2 1/4 on latch, I found some but had to drill holes to make them work.

I'm afraid we don't have a lock with 2-1/8" hole center spacing. Our 90-274 is similar but this measures 2-1/4" on installation hole centers. Triple check your dimensions and compare them with ours to see if this ends up matching what you need.
