Paul from SWISCO responded:

The patio door roller that should work in place of your existing roller is our 81-002. Look it over and let us know if this is a match.

A handy person from RANDOLPH MA says:

Installed the 6830 a week ago, it rolled smoothly but not easily. Now, it's getting harder and harder to open. I've lubricated the bottom track with your track lubricant. I've adjusted the wheel heights and no change. What do you recommend? Marc

Paul from SWISCO responded:

When a service technician adjusts a glass door roller, they actually hold the door up slightly to take the pressure off of the adjusting screw as not to strip the die cast. Try adjusting the roller again. This time turn it clockwise to raise the door.
