Hope You can help.  We are trying to replace these and can't seem to locate near us, but it looks like you may have them. They are Homecrest cabinets that were put in our house about ten years ago.

We don't have this exact hinge but our 32-353 is similar. Look over the specifications and compare them to yours to see if you could adapt this to your cabinet.
