Hello, Luisa. Your balance looks like it has the skinny, 3/8" wide metal channel with a 19-044 top and 15-234 bottom nylon fitting. This isn't a stock configuration but I think we can supply it to you as a custom order.
Before we go any further, can you first verify those details I just mentioned? Can you also tell me the exact length of the metal channel and the weight of the sash it supports, down to the ounce? Finally, how many did you need altogether?
