In order to help, I'll need photos of each part you're looking to replace. Dimensions would also be a big help. For the weatherstripping especially, we need to see a clear picture of the end profile. The video below will clarify what I mean.

Thank you. The pivot looks like our 15-236, but I still don't know what the weatherstripping is. It appears to be a type of wool pile, but that's all I can determine. You can see our complete selection of wool pile here.
