The Allen wrench screw is stripped, and unable to tighten. The inside handle keeps falling off. We need a replacement. The warranty sticker is unable to be fully read but looks something like 91335.35K101005

Your handle looks similar to our 40-193, which is commonly used on Pella storm doors. However also take a look at the 40-049 handle set. Look them over and see if either of these match up to your handle. Make sure to check the dimensions, especially.
