I am looking for this handle, I had my construction company put new windows in our house and of the 16 windows we had done 4 of them had broken handles and the guy is saying 6 - 8 weeks for part to come in to fix, ugh. So I am looking for myself.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the handle shown in your photo but it does remind me of the handle used with the 38-208 Escutcheon lock. We can't make any guarantees but take a look at the specifications below to see how they compare to the entire window lock that the handle in your photo works with. Thanks for posting.
