Looks like you need a new hinge. We don't have an exact match for yours but you can still use our 36-048, as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will clarify.

I should have also mentioned that the crank assembly that is inside the room has completely cracked off from the operator portion so it just flops around. Do you have that?

Sure, the operator in your photo looks like an older version of our 39-220B. We also sell the 39-452 cover and handle separately.
