Looking for an Acme 17-4055 for a right hand bifold door.

Should I buy a replacement for the left bifold door too?

It looks like you're showing me a corner block, like our 23-407. If the left hand piece is still intact and not damaged in any way, then we do not see why it would need to be replaced. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

How much will it cost? I assume rather simple to install? Will I have to remove the door?

Removing the door will make installation a lot easier. I recommend it.
