Searching for Afg c754

Question

I'm looking for a replacement latch for my sliding glass door. I have attached a picture of the latch that is in the door. The only marking I can see on the unit is etched into the window glass. It is AFG C754. Please let me know if you have any clues on what make/model of door this broken latch is for.
