Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 82-086 keyed handle set that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. We also carry the 82-107 thumb latch separately, if this is the only part broken on your handle. 

If a new mortise lock is needed, please review and compare your original to the 82-218. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
