Searching for Amerock cabinet hinge 21101

This is our cabinet hinge. Our house is 28 years old. The numbers on the back:09j 1/2 ol. I found from a different site part number Amerock 21101-2. I can't confirm that is correct. I've looked for several days and not having any luck. I need to replace the hinges that won't stay closed.

I'm afraid we don't carry this exact Amerock hinge but take a look at the 32-345 . You may be able to use this as a replacement depending on how our dimensions and specifications compare to yours. Thank you!
