Searching for Andersen 1035

Need replacement Andersen sash balances. Confused on which number to look up. I attached a close up of the numbers. Also, are these the same left and right?

Take a look at the 24-531 which is designed to replace Andersen sash balances with the 5 23 stamp. This particular Andersen balance works with either side of the window sash.
