Thanks for writing in. Confirm that the metal channel, not including the end attachments, is 17". If so, see our S380-17 and S385-17 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best. 

Once you know what balance to pick, you need to choose a stamp option. Your stamp code of 1690 is from an older rating system we do not use. To know what stamp option to select, you will need to weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the stamp options listed on the product page. If this exact weight falls outside the weight ranges listed, let us know.
