Searching for Balance 28D and B61 and TB

A quick learner says:

My current channel window balance is ribbed, for a tilt window, 28inches 1/2 by 3/8 and has a 28D and a B61 (sideways) and TB stamped on it. Can you identify it? We ordered one and it is not the correct one.

My husband says the width of the channel is apx 7/16 instead of 1/2. so 7/16 by 3/8. thank You

Hello,

We should be able to replace these balances but they will need to be custom made. We'll need to see the clip and the end of the pulley cord to get the ball rolling, as well as confirm the number fo balances you'd like to order. Thank you!

Here is a pic of the side taken out. How much will it cost to custom make them?? We would need two to four if they are not too expensive for now.
