My current channel window balance is ribbed, for a tilt window, 28inches 1/2 by 3/8 and has a 28D and a B61 (sideways) and TB stamped on it. Can you identify it? We ordered one and it is not the correct one.
My husband says the width of the channel is apx 7/16 instead of 1/2. so 7/16 by 3/8. thank You
