Thanks for reaching out. Your coil balance shoe reminds me of our 15-180. I am confident this is the right replacement for you, however, carefully review the measurements below to confirm.

These are compatible with our Series 190 coil balance springs. To confirm which balance springs you'll need, check the metal coils for any stamps/markings that might indicate the spring strength. If there are no stamps, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window and divide it by the number of coils in the window.

The plastic clip is our double support clip part 15-181, compatible with the 15-182 coil bushing.
