Searching for Belknap industries Nordic

I have older Belknap Industries glass sliding doors with worn out bottom rollers. The doors are series Nordic 9000. Each door has 2 single roller assemblies. The measurements are: roller diameter is 1 1/8", bracket length is 2 3/8", bracket width is 3/4" and the bracket height is 1 1/8". Please advise if you have something that will replace my worn out assemblies.
