Searching for Bottom sash pivot bar 2.5 by 3/8 inch three holes

I am looking for a bottom sash pivot bar that is 2.5 inches long. 3/8 inches wide, and has 3 holes. Cant find it anywhere. Let me know if you can help. Thanks!

We don't sell this exact pivot bar, but it is very similar in design to our 26-398 and 26-405. These only have 2 holes each but as long as at least one of them aligns with one of the originals then you should be good to go. Review the dimensions to below to see if that ends up being the case. Hole placement will be the determining factor.
