Hello! Your crank and cover look similar in design to our 39-375. I think this may be worth considering, but look it over and let me know what you think.
I'm afraid I can't verify what you have from this photo. I would need a clearer picture of the entire handle without obstruction, and from a few different angles.
In the meantime, did you see the 39-375 that I recommended above? If so, is there any reason why you don't think this will work?
Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this mechanism. The 39-375 Folding Handle has a similar design, but I suspect it's larger than what you have. It is meant to fit onto a spline that is 11/32" in diameter. Take a look and let me know if you think you could adapt this to your window.
The numbers printed on your hardware should not be used by means of identification. My suggestion is to compare the dimensions of your original parts to determine if they are the same as what my colleague Bob recommended in the thread above.
I'd also suggest remeasuring the hole diameter for your handle. Being a Truth brand assembly, the diameter should be 11/32". Truth never used any other size.
Lastly, concerning the lock handle, I can't really get a good look at it from this photo. I'll need to see the entire assembly removed in order to match it up to something in our inventory, assuming we have something. Would that be possible?
