I believe this house was built in the 70's. Looking for a total of 4 units. Couldn't get search to locate/find using numbers seen on balance unit.

The 5 23 stamp shown in your photos indicates that you'll need the 24-531 Andersen sash balance. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
