I believe these are Crestline windows. Installed in 2001. The only code I see on the window is CIG 03 01 13.3. Not sure what that means or if helpful in locating the mechanism part. Thanks for helping!

Thanks for posting! Your casement operator appears to be the 39-031 dual arm operator, the opposite handed versions is part 39-032. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing operator to confirm that this is the right replacement.
The compatible cover is part 39-107 and the crank handle is part 39-114L.
