Looking to replace this. Standard replacements at hardware stores do not work. The screws are 1 3/4" apart. The center metal pin is square. Thank you,Debbie

Good morning, Debbie! Looks like you have an older inside handle for a lever/knob storm door lock. Take a look at our 40-145 inside handle and see how well it matches your hardware. The screw hole spacing appears to match, but how about everything else?
