Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with a replacement channel balance for you window. However, to determine the correct replacement balances needed for your window, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. Unfortunately, the stamp from the balance does not indicate the type of balance you need. It only tells us the weight range the balance should be able to carry to support the weight of your sash.

To properly identify them, I'll need to see a photo of any attachments that may be on the top or bottom of the balance.

Thanks for the photos. It looks like you have either the S351-29 with a 1" shoe or the S390-29 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. You'll need to select the 2830 stamp.
