Hello! Based on your photos, I recommend our S390-18 channel balance with a 1730 stamp. This comes with a 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.

If the 15-001 shoe doesn't match, though, let me know. There are other possible versions and I'd be happy to recommend something closer to what you have now, assuming I'm off the mark.
