Searching for Channel balance 2420z

I have a channel balance 25 in Long with the number inscribed 24207 or Z, 2420z? I cannot seem to find either one on your website, it goes to a metal single hung window made in the early 80s thanks John

If you are trying to search for a balance using the stamped number you have there, you will not find a replacement that way. That number only indicates the spring strength of the balance. We'd like to your current balances. Send some photos and let's see what we can come up with.
