Searching for Channel balance 3610 BSI

Hi,

I have a 37 inch long Channel balance with the ends as shown in the pictures. Do you have a complete unit like this? it's stamped with 3610 BSI.

Sure, this looks like it could be either our S380-37 or S385-37, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. Look them over and see what you think.

Thank you Tom,
It's definitely not the S385-37 because the depth the shoe is definitely not 1 3/32".
However, the old shoe is 7/8" whereas the S380-37 measures 1". Could mine have worn out 1/8"? In any case I'm going to go ahead and get the S380-37 because even if it should only be 7/8" I can file it down to make it fit. What do you think?

Oh definitely, it's safe to say that your shoe was once 1" and wore down from use. It happens all the time. Worst comes to worst, you can file it down like you mentioned.
