Your roller looks very close to our 23-025. I would start by looking at this part and carefully comparing our dimensions to your own. Let me know if they differ in any way.

Hey Tom! Sorry for my ignorance, but where do I measure for the 7/16 off set.
It does look VERY similar.

Can you send me a picture or schematic of how to measure the offset. The roller diameter and distance between mounting holes matches up exactly with a different dial hanger that you carry but we have no idea how or where to take the measurements for the offset. The illustration that comes with the product description is too vague. Thanks

Part number 23-047 looks much closer to our actual part than part number 23-025 does. We sent you a picture of a crude diagram of where we got the actual dimensions of the "offset". Thanks again

Thanks for getting back to us. Based on your illustration, it seems you were able to determine what the offset is. If yours is 1/2", then I agree that our 23-047 would make a better match.
