Hello! I'm renovating a home where one window sash will no longer hold up the window but I'm having a hard time finding a replacement. Can you please help? I've attached pictures of the metal piece which is 16" long, as well as the sticker on the window frame and the plastic piece that keeps the window from coming out of the frame. I'll need several of those plastic pieces as well. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like a typical spiral balance. If your tube is 16" long then you can use either our 3/8" diameter S900-16 or 9/16" diameter S600-16. You'll have to measure your diameter to confirm.
That white plastic tilt latch is not typical, unfortunately. I've actually never seen this before. Would you happen to know who made your window?

Thank you! Unfortunately I don't know who made the window. The only identifying sticker I found was posted with my initial question. I've included it again. Thank you!

That's perfect, thanks. That sticker indicates these windows were manufactured by Reynolds. Therefore I think you might need our 26-100 Reynolds Tilt Latch pair. Look over their dimensions and see if you think these might be what you need.
