Searching for Continental patio door lock

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would like to see photos of the mortise lock in the center of the door to determine if any of our handles would be compatible. We will also need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes in the base plate that attaches the handle set to the door. Thank you! 

I believe your patio handle is at least 50 years old. Unfortunately, I could not find it through any of our suppliers. I would suggest comparing the three related options with 3-15/16" installation hole spacing to the mounting holes in your patio door. We prefer the 82-030 handle set due to its newer style and versatility but take a look at all three. As for your mortise latch, see the 82-223.  Thank you!
