Hello there. Many crestline windows use an operator that has a spline 11/32" in diameter. If that's the case with yours, the 39-114L would work as a replacement handle. Take a look and see what you think.

Bob, thanks for your reply. Those cranks will not work because of the flat end. If you look closely at the spline in the picture I need cranks that are slightly recessed at the end so they can fit on to the spline. Is there an attachment that could accomplish this so I could use a flat end crank? Thanks for your help!l

I see what you mean. Sorry for overlooking that at first.

We do sell the 39-337 extension. This is designed to work with the 39-114L as a means of extending it out from the base of an operator, for applications in which access is an issue. It may be serviceable in this instance as well, but it will depend on how much space you have to work with. The 39-337 is 1/2" in diameter. Would that fit in the cavity you pointed out?

I should also stress that both the 39-337 extension and 39-114L handle have an 11/32" spline. That's not necessarily guaranteed to match your operator, so that should be something you check before you buy anything.

Bob, thanks for all your help. How do I measure my spline to see if it's 11/32"?

There's no real trick to it, you just have to measure the metal stem as carefully as you can. If you can't get a read on that then measuring the hole from the old handle would probably be easier. That's what I usually do.
