If the teeth inside of the handle hole have stripped, then you should be able to use our 39-114L as a replacement.

If the teeth on the operator spline have stripped, however, then you'll need an all new operator. There's no fixing that. We can help, but I'll need you to remove the operator from the window in its entirety and send me one clear pictures that shows me the complete mechanism without any obstruction. Thank you!
