Searching for D31 7#27 1-85

Hello,
I am looking for a replacement balance for an Andersen window which was installed in 1983 or 84.
The number on the existing balance is
D31 7#27 1-85
Can you please tell me what is the correct replacement.

Hello, Eugene! Based on your old stamp of "7#27," I recommend the Andersen 24-737 sash balance.

The 7#27 has 2 mounting holes that are 2 1/2" from non-sash end. The 24-737 has a mounting bracket instead. Will it still fit in the same cutout as the 7#27?

The 24-737 installs using two screws that install on the flat tab you see on the side. I see a similar tab with screw holes in your photo so I assumed that yours installed the same way. Can you confirm? Refer to the video below to get a better idea of what I mean.
