Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the information provided. Is the hardware missing? It would be best to see the original mortise lock and handle set. If not possible, we will need to know the distance between the installation holes from center to center for both. From there we can compare to our selection to determine if we can offer a possible replacement option. Thank you!
