Unfortunately, we do not carry a sash lock with the same bend in the arm that attaches to the tie bar. With that being said, one of the multi-point locks that we've related on this page may still work for you depending on how the specifications shown on our product pages compare to yours. 

We also carry the 39-417 and 39-448 tie bar guides to replace the one in your photo.

Ee would need to know the exact length of your tie bar, as well as the number of rollers on the bar, to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

Unfortunately, these tie bars are only available in 46.9" and 50.9" lengths. The 38-9191 does have three cone rollers like your original tie bar. Take a look and see if this 46-29/32" long replacement may work for your repair.
