I'm afraid that sticker doesn't tell me anything about the parts you need. I'll need a photo of the hardware in question so that we can match it up to something in our catalog.

Thanks! Looks like you need new tilt latches. our 26-193 and 26-194 are similar in design to yours. Look them over and see what you think.
