Searching for Double roller clips for track rod to han

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. I'm afraid we haven't been able to find this. I've personally never seen it before. You say it's a double roller clip, but I'm not sure what that means. What is its function? Does it install on the roller, or the door? Could we what one looks like installed, or at least the roller itself?
