Searching for Draw rail anchor

Hello, im trying to find a replacement for a back rail anchor. I've attached a photo.Any help would be great. Thank you, joe

That looks like the old Merillat drawer socket. It hasn't been made in a long, long time but I've had many customers tell me that our 32-119 works well as a replacement. That would be my recommendation to you.

Thank you SO much. Interestingly I had looked at this item before I emailed your company. I'll be at my clients house Friday, tell them your suggestion and order them. I'm in PA near NJ so not far for delivery.
