Searching for Ellison window tilt latch

A quick learner says:

Hi. Trying to locate a replacement (right side) tilt latch for my mother's window. There is a NAMI label (see below) but no manufacturer references to be found. From what I can figure, it might be an Ellison window, but I can't find a part number or identify a source for a replacement. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated.
