The spring in the latch mechanism for our storm door has stopped working. No way the handle just falls down and doesn?t stay in the horizontal position. We are looking for repair parts. The door is a Cole Sewell ?estate series?. Please see attached reference photos.

The spring that has failed is typically located in the inside handle. That means you can just replace that and get your handle working again. This is especially handy since Cole Sewell isn't in business anymore.
See our 40-150. It's not exactly the same, but it should still work.
