Hello there!
Our 26-275 limit lock comes to mind. Take a look at the specifications and see if it matches what you need. As for the lock, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes measured from center to center? That will help me narrow down some options.
We don't sell replacement screens, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

The window slider limit lock that you sent is exactly what we need, thank you! As for the other lock, the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center, is 2 inches. Your help is very much appreciated!!

Thanks for getting back to me! Hmm, I'm afraid we don't sell a lock with 2" hole center spacing. In terms of design, our 90-278 and 90-274 are similar but the hole center spacing differs for each differ. You may want to double-check your measurement, just to be safe! Look these locks over and see what you think.
